Vladimir Putin discusses Karabakh with members of Security Council

On August 4, Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the escalation of the situation in Karabakh with the permanent members of the Security Council, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"The situation related to the escalation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict was discussed. The necessity of urgent implementation of all provisions of the tripartite agreement was emphasized," he noted.
