Ukrainian General Staff: Russian Armed Forces organized 55 attacks on Ukraine over past day

"Over the past day, the Russian Armed Forces organized 55 attacks on the territory of Ukraine, using Shahed-136 type UAVs and missiles," reads the operational update of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Report informs.

According to the information, the situation in Volyn and Polissya directions has not changed significantly:

"The enemy fired at various settlements in the direction of Siverskyi, Slobozhanskyi, Kupyan, Bakhmut, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson. Over the past day, Ukrainian aviation carried out nine strikes on the areas where personnel, ammunition, and military equipment are concentrated and three strikes on the positions of the enemy's anti-aircraft missile complexes."

According to the General Staff, the Ukrainian defense forces hit two ammunition depots and several control posts of the Russian troops.
