Ukrainian FM appeals to world countries to recognize Russia's war crimes

"Targeted missile strikes on critical civilian infrastructure are war crimes. Russia wages the most cowardly and barbaric type of war against unarmed civilians," said Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, Report informs.
"How can anyone in the world justify Russian actions with any reason or stay neutral to their genocidal war and terror?" he tweeted.
