Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada dismisses PM Svyrydenko and her government

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the resignation of Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, which was followed by the automatic resignation of the entire government along with her, Report informs.

According to a Ukrinform correspondent, 258 members of parliament voted in favor of the resignation.

During her speech in the Verkhovna Rada, Svyrydenko said that thanks to the government's actions, financial support from partners gives Ukraine confidence for the current and next year, noting that during her tenure, the country's authorities secured a commitment from the European Union to allocate 90 billion euros in the form of a loan.
