Ukraine downs Russian Su-25, killing pilot, capturing another

One pilot was killed and another one was captured alive when a Russian Su-25 was shot down in Ukraine's Chernihiv region, Viacheslav Chaus, chairman of the Chernihiv regional military-civil administration, said, Report informs with reference to UNIAN.
A Russian drone was also shot down today, he added.

Ukraine's air defense unit has shot down another Russian attack aircraft, Ukraine's Defense Ministry said in a statement.
Between February 24 and March 5, Ukraine downed 39 combat aircraft and 40 helicopters of Russia, Report informs.
According to the information, Russia deployed 450 aircraft and over 250 helicopters on the border with Ukraine.
