Ukraine demands creation of special tribunal on Russia

Massive shelling of Ukrainian cities is a large-scale live war crime and a no-rules war, Mykhailo Podolyak, the Adviser to the Head of the Office of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said on Twitter.

He said the only one possible answer includes air/missile defense systems for Ukraine, expulsion of Russia from all international stands and special tribunal, immediate arrest warrants of Russian authorities.
