Two people, including a police officer, were killed and two others injured in a shooting at a concert hall in Istanbul's Küçükçekmece district, Report informs, citing Haber Global.
According to the information, an unknown man entered the concert venue and opened indiscriminate fire.
A police officer who was later found to have been off duty at the time responded by returning fire. As a result, both the officer and the gunman were seriously wounded.
Although they were taken to hospital, doctors were unable to save their lives.
An investigation into the incident is underway.
