Türkiye detains 409 suspects in cybercrime operations

Operations have been carried out in 29 provinces of Türkiye against people involved in fraud, illegal betting and other online crimes, with 409 people detained.
Report informs that the Turkish Interior Ministry released information on the matter.
"As part of the fight against cybercrime, 409 suspects have been detained in operations over the past six days," the ministry said.
The ministry noted that 213 of those detained were arrested, while judicial control measures were imposed on 117 others. Investigations into the remaining suspects are ongoing.
