Turkish, Ukrainian officials to discuss military-technical co-op

The Ukrainian delegation, which is on a visit to Istanbul for talks with Russia, will meet with Turkish officials today, David Arakhamia, a member of the Ukrainian delegation and leader of the ruling People's Servant Party's parliamentary faction in the Verkhovna Rada said.
He said the sides will exchange views to beef up the military-technical cooperation. Turkiye's sale of UAVs to Ukraine had previously triggered Russia's dissatisfaction.
A meeting of Ukrainian and Russian delegations was held in Istanbul on March 29. The Ukrainian delegation includes Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov; Adviser to the head of the Office of the President Mykhaylo Podolyak; Deputy Chief of Staff Kirill Tymoshenko, Verkhovna Rada MPs Andriy Kostin and Rustam Umerov; Deputy Foreign Minister Mykola Tochitsky and former Deputy Foreign Minister Oleksandr Chali. The delegation is led by MP and leader of the Servant of the People faction David Arakhamia.
