Turkish President says Putin 'is now more open for discussions'

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said Russian President Vladimir Putin is now more open for discussions than he was in the beginning.

Report informs, citing Haber Global, that the Turkish leader unveiled the plans to hold telephone talks with both the Russian and Ukrainian counterparts.

"There is a hope. We strive to continue the peace talks by bringing the two leaders together. Because there are serious losses on both sides. I believe that peace has no losers."
