Turkish FM anticipates US initiatives on Ukraine soon

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan expects the US to take steps towards resolving the conflict in Ukraine by June, Report informs.
In an interview with Anadolu Agency, Fidan mentioned, "We can anticipate an initiative from the US in the near future. It's essential for Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin to meet. However, significant groundwork needs to be completed before this meeting, and a general framework of agreement based on certain principles must be established. The parties will need to reach a serious consensus."
He also noted that the parties have not yet reached the stage of holding meetings: "I believe the situation will become clearer by summer. We should have clarity by June."
