Turkey to send its astronaut to ISS

Turkey is in talks with Russia and the United States to send its astronaut to the International Space Station, head of the national space agency Serdar Huseyin Yildirim said, Report informs, citing Interfax.
"We are in talks on this issue with our partners, mainly from the United States and Russia. We are at the final stage," he said.
According to him, the contract signing in the months ahead will be followed by the selection of candidates.
