Taliban won't attend Moscow meeting on Afghanistan

Taliban government will not participate in the meeting to be held in Moscow on Afghanistan, said the Russian presidential envoy to Afghanistan, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Second Asia Department Zamir Kabulov, Report informs, citing TASS.
According to him, the Taliban delegation will not join the Moscow format.
