Armenia's non-participation in the CSTO actually means a suspension of relations, Speaker of the People's Assembly of Armenia Alen Simonyan said, Report informs via Armenian media.
“The point is that the Prime Minister (Nikol Pashinyan) stated that our non-participation amounts to virtually frozen relations. And yes, to summarize, we asked the CSTO one question that remained unanswered. We asked: ‘Where is the CSTO's area of responsibility?’ While there is no answer to this question, my personal opinion is that the CSTO has 'turned off' itself and is not functioning," he noted.
Alen Simonyan: KTMT-də iştirak etməməyimiz əslində münasibətlərin dondurulması deməkdir
