Simonyan on trade prospects with Azerbaijan: Armenians to buy gasoline cheaper

Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan commented on economic cooperation with Azerbaijan after the signing of a peace agreement between the two countries, Report informs referring to Armenian media.
Simonyan discussed this topic today at a briefing with journalists.
"There will be Azerbaijani goods in our stores [in Armenia]. For example, Armenians will buy gasoline cheaper, this is inevitable," the speaker of the parliament said.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev was on a visit to Washington on August 7-8. As part of the visit, the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia, with the mediation of US President Donald Trump, signed a joint declaration in the White House. In addition, the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, in the presence of the leaders of the three countries, initialed the Agreement on Peace and the Establishment of Interstate Relations.
