Security Service Director: Threat of double terrorism growing

"Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has decided that the threat of double terrorism has doubled in the country," said Russia's Federal Security Service Director Alexander Bortnikov.
"The threat of double terrorism is growing. The terrorists are waiting for the arrival of law enforcement officers after the first attack. When they arrive, they attack again," he said.
