Moldova and Ukraine will not be represented at the meetings of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth and the Council of Heads of State of the CIS, which will be held in Kyrgyzstan on October 12-13, CIS Secretary General Sergey Lebedev told journalists in Minsk, Report informs.
“Most countries have confirmed their participation. As for the presence of Ukraine and Moldova, they will not be represented at the meeting of the Council of Heads of State or the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers. They refrain from participating, although they de jure remain members of the CIS,” he said.
