Russian plane shot down over Ukraine

Around midnight, in the area of the Joint Forces Operation, the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down a helicopter and a Su-25 attack jet of the Russian occupation forces, Report informs, citing a Facebook post of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"At around midnight, in the area of the Joint Forces operation, an S-300 anti-aircraft missile system of the air forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down two enemy targets - a helicopter and a Su-25 attack jet of the Russian occupation forces. Glory to the Ukrainian anti-aircraft guns!" the post reads.

Earlier in Vasilkovsky district of Kyiv district of Ukraine, an Il-76 plane, owned by the Russian Armed Forces, was brought down.
