Russian oil refinery halts operations after drone strike

The Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery in Russia's Rostov Oblast has suspended operations after being hit by a Ukrainian Armed Forces drone, regional governor Yury Slyusar announced on social media, Report informs via Russian media outlets.
According to him, the refinery was damaged during a night attack on Rostov Oblast, and the facility has been temporarily shut down.
