Russian MiG-29 fighter jet crashes near Moscow

Baku. 5 October. REPORT.AZ/ The MiG-29, a twin-engine jet fighter designed by the Soviet Union, came down into woodland in the Kolomna district near the Russian capital, the pilots managed to survive.
Report informs citing Interfax that the due statement was made by a source in the air traffic control services.
“Due to technical faults during the flight, the car became uncontrollable, the pilot ejected, the plane crashed in the Kolomna district. The pilots survived,” said the source.
The plane took off from the airport in Zhukovsky near Moscow. Other details are not yet reported.
