Russian, Kazakh presidents mull withdrawal of CSTO peacekeepers

The presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan, Vladimir Putin and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, have discussed measures to fully restore order in the country in a phone call, Report informs referring to the press service of the Kremlin.
“Tokayev informed about the measures to finally restore order in the country, taking into account the effective actions of the Collective Peacekeeping Forces of the CSTO,” reads the message.
In addition, the sides discussed issues related to the start of the coordinated withdrawal of the contingents of the CSTO member countries from the territory of Kazakhstan.
