Russia's manpower losses in Ukraine exceed 40,000

Russia has lost 40,070 servicemen since the beginning of military operations in Ukraine, Report informs, citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff, the Russian Armed Forces lost 1,738 tanks, 3,971 armored vehicles, 883 artillery systems, 258 multiple rocket launchers (MRL), 117 air defense systems, 222 aircraft, 190 helicopters, 726 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), 174 cruise missiles, 15 ships, 2,847 cars and fuel tanks, and 75 units of special equipment.
Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022.
