Russia's COVID tally exceeds 4.46 million

Russia recorded 9,284 new cases of coronavirus infection over the past day, Report informs referring to Russian media.
The total number of registered cases in the country since the pandemic onset has reached 4,466,153.
Currently, 293,577 Russians are undergoing treatment to beat the viral disease.
To date, a total of 95,391 people died due to COVID-related health complications in Russia, including 361 deaths seen over the past day. The number of recoveries is 4,077,185.
More than 123.9 million people globally have contracted the virus since the onset of the pandemic. The deadly pathogen has claimed over 2.72 million lives, though unable to cope with 99.8 million patients, who managed to recover.
