Russia records lowest COVID incidence rate

The number of COVID-19 cases in Russia per day has increased by 32,136, Report informs, citing the Operational Headquarters for Combating the Spread of Coronavirus.
The number of deaths has amounted to 1,184, taking the overall death toll caused by coronavirus to 282,462 people since the pandemic began.
During the day, 28,070 people recovered with the total number of recoveries reaching 8,530,476 people.
