Russia: 452 COVID succumb to COVID-19 in one day

Russia has reported 10,535 new COVID-19 cases over the past day, Report informs, citing Russian media.
Overall, the country has seen 4,278,750 coronavirus cases since the pandemic onset.
A total of 3,853,734 Russians have coped with the disease during the epidemic.
Meanwhile, 452 people have succumbed to the pathogen in one day, taking the country's overall COVID-19 death toll to 87,348.
On December 31, 2019, Chinese authorities announced an outbreak of pneumonia in Wuhan, and the causative agent is a new type of coronavirus officially named COVID-19.
On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the new coronavirus outbreak a pandemic.
