Russia: 150 more die with COVID-19 per day

Russia confirmed 6 431 new COVID-19 cases over the past day, bringing its official number to 1 122 241, Report says, citing RIA Novosti.
In the last 24 hours, 150 more fell victim to Russia's virus, bringing the death toll to 19 799.
Moreover, 923,699 coronavirus patients have recovered in the country so far.
Most of the new infections were recorded in the capital, Moscow - 970 people.
On December 31, 2019, Chinese authorities announced an outbreak of pneumonia in China's Wuhan, and the causative agent is a new type of coronavirus officially named COVID-19.
On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a new coronavirus outbreak a pandemic.
