Putin may send delegation to Minsk for talks with Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to send a delegation, which may include officials of Defense Ministry, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Presidential Administration, to the Belarusian capital Minsk for talks with Ukraine, said Russian President's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov, Report informs.
"As you know, today the President of Ukraine Zelenskyy stated his readiness to discuss the neutral status of Ukraine. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the purpose of the operation was to help the Luhansk People's Republic and the Donetsk People's Republic, including the demilitarization and denationalization of Ukraine. And this, in fact, is part of a neutral status, "Peskov said.
