Baku. 3 December. REPORT.AZ/ Russian President Vladimir Putin may meet his US counterpart Donald Trump at the G20 summit in June 2019, Russian presidential aide Yuriy Ushakov said in an interview with Russia 1 TV channel.
"If we speak about international forums, it may possibly take place during the G20 summit in June. But, as it seems to me, it is very important for us and the colleagues to find any option to meet before that," Ushakov said.
The G20 summit will be held in Japan in 2019.
Putin and Trump talked "on their feet" at the G20 summit held in Argentina on November 30 - December 1.
Trump earlier cancelled the meeting with Putin at G20.
