Putin: Istanbul agreements can be used as basis for negotiations with Kyivv

The Istanbul agreements on Ukraine remain “on the table” and may form the basis of the negotiation process, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in Astana, Report informs referring to Kazakh media.
“Russia has never refused and is now ready to continue peace negotiations. It was Ukraine that refused the negotiations, and did so publicly, on direct orders from London, and therefore from Washington,” he noted.
