Russian President Vladimir Putin, addressing the intelligence services of CIS countries, emphasized the inadmissibility of destabilizing the situation in the Commonwealth space, according to the president's greeting which was read by Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergey Naryshkin.
"Today, in complex geopolitical conditions, your constructive interaction is especially important.
