Vladimir Putin has officially begun his duties as President of Russia for a six-year term, the Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Valery Zorkin, said, Report informs, with reference to TASS.
The head of state should make a speech after announcing that he has taken office.

The inauguration ceremony of Vladimir Putin, the current president of Russia, who will be the head of state for the fifth time, has started in Moscow, Report informs via Russian media.
He will be sworn in and officially take office as head of state. After that, a new cabinet of ministers will be formed.
