Putin announces decision to create buffer zone along border with Ukraine

Russia has made a decision to create a security buffer zone along the border with Ukraine.

As Report informs with reference to Russian media, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this during an operational meeting with government members.

"A decision was made to create a necessary security buffer zone along the borders. Our armed forces are currently working on this task," the head of state noted.
