Presidents of Türkiye, Ukraine talk over phone

Presidents of Türkiye and Ukraine Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Volodymyr Zelenskyy have held a telephone conversation, Report informs referring to the Turkish media.

During the conversation, the sides discussed consequences of the earthquake in Türkiye and the situation in Ukraine.

Erdogan thanked the president of Ukraine for showing solidarity with Türkiye in connection with the earthquake. He noted that the Turkish side is ready to make any contribution to the development of a solution based on ceasefire and negotiations, as well as the establishment of peace.
