Presidents of Türkiye and Lithuania to hold meeting

President Gitanas Nausėda of Lithuania will pay a working visit to Türkiye on March 10, 2023, at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Report informs, citing the Turkish Presidency.
Various aspects of the bilateral relations between Türkiye and Lithuania will be discussed, and potential steps that would further the cooperation between the two countries will be addressed at the talks to be held in Ankara.
Besides the bilateral relations, issues, preparations for the Summit of NATO Heads of State and Government to be held in Vilnius on July 11-12, 2023 in particular, concerning the Alliance will be discussed, and views on regional and global matters as well as Türkiye-European Union relations will be exchanged at the talks.
