Police officer shoots himself in Armenia

A young police sergeant was found dead in a house of culture in the Armenian city of Etchmiadzin, said Edgar Janoyan, Deputy Head of the Public Relations and Information Department of the Armenian Police, Report informs, citing Novosti Armenia.
According to him, a police officer shot himself with a shotgun. However, Janoyan refused to provide additional information about the incident.
The respective authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
