Turkmenistan is not ready to sign a natural gas agreement with the Iranian government, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said, Report informs via IRNA.
"When I was at the Plan and Budget Organization, I was told that Turkmenistan is not ready to sign a natural gas agreement with our government. They cited lack of financial resources as the reason," said Pezeshkian.
