If Armenia had recognized Karabakh [during the 44-day war], the war would not have ended on November 9, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the meeting of the 44-day war investigation commission.
In response to the remark by MP Armen Ashotyan who said that the recognition of Karabakh by Armenia would be a diplomatic 'Iskander' in Armenia's hands, the prime minister wondered why Armenia did not use this 'Iskander' during the four-day war in April 2016.
