Pashinyan blames army for defeat in 44-day war

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan blamed the army for the defeat in the 44-day war, Report informs.
He spoke about this at the meeting of the commission for the investigation of the 44-day war.
The Prime Minister said that the Armed Forces of Armenia had stated that they would cope with their duties:
"They gave me information about what equipment and weapons were needed. I said that I would provide whatever is needed. During the war, I always followed this principle and met the needs of the army."
