The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Bujar Osmani, has met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, Report informs.
“I was hopeful that the aggression would cease and life would be back to normality when I return to Ukraine as OSCE Chairman-in-Office capacity. Revisiting the images of devastated homes and shattered human destinies is again causing distress,” Osmani wrote on Twitter.
