Number of Azerbaijani citizens detained in Georgian prisons announced

At present, 102 Azerbaijani citizens are detained in the Georgian jails, Report informs, citing the National Statistics Office of Georgia.
According to the document, 16 of them are accused, and 86 are convicted. Compared to November, the figure decreased by two people.
The number of Azerbaijani citizens on probation detention in the neighbouring country is 34, including 31 men and three women. Their number increased by four people on a monthly basis.
Georgia jailed a total of 566 foreign citizens and stateless persons. The total number of foreigners arrested on probation makes up 272.
