Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that he does not plan official meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Turkmenistan, but does not rule out an informal conversation with the Russian leader, Report informs citing Armenian media.
"No official meetings are planned. If during the process it turns out that there is a need for it, then perhaps that will happen as well," Pashinyan told journalists on Thursday.
At the same time, he emphasized that certain contacts with the Russian President in Turkmenistan will take place.
"Today and tomorrow we will be together at the same event [the CIS summit in Turkmenistan]. And in such formats, contacts definitely occur," the prime minister added.
