Armenia's Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan has declared that the future of Armenia-Russia relations, particularly in the realms of security and military cooperation, hinges entirely on Moscow's stance.
According to Report, he said Russia's share in Armenia's arms and military equipment supply has plummeted from a staggering 96% to less than 10%. He emphasized that this dramatic change was a result of Russia's own decision.
