Moldovan MP hails Azerbaijan as region's leading country

"Azerbaijan is today the leading country in the region, and we are very pleased with Azerbaijan's success," Moldovan MP Ion Groza told Report's Eastern Europe bureau.

"I believe Azerbaijan is marking Independence Day today as the most successful country in the region. Economic indicators, the restoration of territorial integrity and its emergence as a leading strategic partner in the region are examples of this. On behalf of the Moldovan people, I congratulate the Azerbaijani state and people on these achievements and on Independence Day," he added.
