Türkiye has declared its readiness to open the borders, but only after the signing of the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace treaty, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said in an interview with Armenian public television, Report informs.
"Now the peace agreement has been initialed, and my logic suggests that the agreement will be followed by the unblocking of Armenian-Turkish infrastructures. Türkiye is also interested in the speedy unblocking of infrastructures. We currently have a fairly dynamic dialogue with Türkiye," said Minister Mirzoyan.
