Mirzoyan talks about direct communication channels between Yerevan and Baku

Direct communication exists not only between the administrations of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, there are also contacts between other ministries, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said at today’s press conference, Report informs referring to Armenian media.
“So, the exchange of proposals for a peace agreement is taking place through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At the beginning of January, Yerevan handed over [to the Azerbaijani side] the seventh package of proposals,” he noted.
Also, according to Mirzoyan, for Yerevan, the content of the negotiations is fundamental, not the presence of mediators.
