Minister: Immunity guarantee applies only to Nazarbeyev, not his family members

With the repeal of the Constitutional Law on the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy, the guarantee of immunity will apply only to ex-president Nursultan Nazarbayev, not to his family members, said Minister of Justice Azamat Yeskarayev, Report informs.

"With this law, the property and accounts of family members were guaranteed. Upon the repeal of the Act, these guarantees will be terminated," he told journalists.
