Meeting with Japanese envoy held at Turkmen Foreign Ministry

Turkmen Deputy Foreign Minister Berdiniyaz Matiyev has met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ashgabat Yamamoto Hiroyuki at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Report informs referring to the Turkmen Foreign Ministry.

During the talks, the diplomats discussed the broad range of issues of bilateral Turkmen-Japanese interaction. In this context, special emphasis has been done on the implementation of the agreements reached during the visit of the Turkmen delegation headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to Tokyo in July this year.

Bilateral documents signed during the July visit cover the interaction of the parties in the banking-financial sphere, in the field of transport and road machinery.
