Ambassador of Ukraine to Kazakhstan Petro Vrublevskiy left Kazakhstan for Warsaw, Poland, at Nur-Sultan's demand, Report informs, citing TASS.
The row involving Petro Vrublevskiy arose after his interview in August when the diplomat replied: "The more we kill Russians now, the less our children will have to kill," when he was asked to comment on the war in Ukraine.
The Council of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan condemned this statement. The Association of Russian, Slavic and Cossack Organizations of Kazakhstan urged to declare the ambassador persona non grata. After the incident, Vrublevskiy was summoned to Kazakhstan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
