"First of all, we must help build trust between Azerbaijan and Armenia," Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis said at a press conference in Tbilisi.
According to him, the European Union is already involved in this process.
The FM called the humanitarian agreement reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia a significant step:
"I hope that this process will continue. If there is enough trust between the parties, we can talk about the possibility of involving the European Union in strengthening the coordination of the whole region."
