Kobakhidze: Georgia has good ties with neighbors

Georgia has very good relations with Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Armenia, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told journalists during his visit to Tajikistan, according to Report's Georgia bureau.
Kobakhidze noted that Georgia is an important transit hub connecting seven countries to the Western space via the Black Sea, and stressed the need to make maximum use of this potential.
He emphasized that positive dynamics are being observed in relations with Central Asian countries, which will contribute to expanding Georgia's transit opportunities.
The prime minister further stated that large-scale investments are being made to strengthen transport links and transit functions. He also underlined that Georgia has very good relations with Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Türkiye, while paying special attention to maximizing the development of ties with Central Asian countries.
